ERASMUS+ DYNAMIC is a dual-education project which consists of studying and gaining practical knowledge at higher education institutions along with practical knowledge and skills at enterprises during educational process.
Project was approved within Erasmus+ Knowledge Alliences programme with duration of 36 months. Croatian partners on project are Juraj Dobrila University of Pula and Holcim Hrvatska d.o.o.,while associated partners are Istrian Region and Croatian Chamber of Commerce – Regional Chamber Pula.
Partnership Consortium consists of many Higher education institutions as well as private entities from Germany, Austria, Bulgaria and Romania:

Activities are divided in seven working packages (WPs):
WP1: Project management and coordination
WP2: Analysis and defining trainings content of undergraduate engineering curricula for implementation in dual practice-integrated setting
WP3: Toolkit for documentation and implementation of practical phases
WP4: Train the trainer course for industrial supervisors in dual higher education programmes
WP5: Pilot implementation of the approved practice-integrated dual curricula
WP6: Methodological guidelines for design and implementation of dual practice-integrated higher education programmes in Science & Technology Studies
WP7: Dissemination & Exploitation
Total project budget is 679.644,00 EUR.
DYNAMIC project was nominated by European Commission as a first initiative of introducing dual education concept in Croatia, Bulgaria and Romania. Official project website:
